Before you get started

How do I book an appointment?

From the Home Screen, tap Book Appointment, choose a doctor and time slot, and it appears under your upcoming appointments with a reminder notification set automatically.

Will I get reminded to take my medicines?

Yes. Today's Medicine Schedule shows every dose for the day with timing and food instructions, and marks each one Taken, Upcoming or Pending as the day goes on.

How do I request a medicine refill?

Open Restock Medicine, select what's running low, and choose Home Delivery or Pharmacy Pickup. The request goes straight to the hospital pharmacy.

Where can I see my test results?

Investigations lists every diagnostic test you've booked, with status and results for blood, urine and imaging reports as soon as they're ready.

How do I pay a pending bill?

Invoices & Bills shows every OPD/IPD invoice with its status, amount, doctor and visit date, so you always know what's owed before you pay.
